Is Social Programming Really Important?

I think something that supercharges this social propagation is being able to take some discrete artifacts and share it with a friend or they can copy it and then export it to a fork. If you look at the successful end user programming environments, they all propagate this way. It's very easy to see yourself as a peer of the other people were making stuff. And so we want to enhance that for people, hopefully rather than reducing it or having it stay the same. So yes, we think about the input and output of computers and that our ability to automate things are just an extension of our agency, our general ability to control computers.
