The Conway's Law of Software Architecture

Software architecture is a socio-technical construct. It's not just a purely, and I think a lot of people approach it as if it is just a technical thing. The idea of the Conway's law kind of picks up a little more empiricism each time around. What I'd like about it is it says, no, actually, there are some problems that aren't fundamentally really hard and you probably need some specialists.
