The home of a black family was appraised three times. The third time, the owner had a friend come in and swap out photos with white people to get an even higher appraisal. "You hope that they notice the things," says CNN's Jarrett Bellini. If someone is willing to pay you $2 million for the house, but the appraisal is only for 1.5 million, right?
