We need to involve broad set off organizational stakeholders on their claud transformation journey. That's fundamental peace here. And once we've identified where we want to go and what some of those initiatives are, then the next step is during the alignment workshop. The six perspectives include business people, governmants, platform, security and operations. It helps us identify gaps, or any challenges or issues that they may have within their processes,. which then helps us to work with those stake holders to develop an action plan.
