The last thing i do in the routine is read for some amount of time. I'm currently reading a book called the body keeps the score, which is about how trama manifests in the body and sticks with usd. And finally, i'm diving into the artist's way by julia cameron, which is a book about unleashing your creativity as a a creator. All in it takes 20, 25, 30 minutes, depending on what it is that you choose to do within this routine. It incorporates a lot of practices that i've brought in and out of life at different points.
