Are You Putting Yourself as the Bottleneck in Your Company?

Lindsey: The problem here is you're putting yourself as the bottleneck in your company. People are losing their confidence in themselves or not getting a chance to grow themselves. I don't, I haven't been able to find a way to be high level and stay high level, but still be kind of the one designing the work. So this is my task for 2023.
