In Juno's soliloquy there, we get to the key point. Why is the play called the madness of Hercules? Well, what's the fury part, the Hercules' furrens? What's the madness part? She goes on here for a while, but then we get to a passage that I think illustrates it. And in the grip of passion, we lose touch with objective reality, and its beauty. So I think that's kind of true to life.
