Sexual assault today is much different than it would have been back in the 70s. "You can't blame this woman at all because there's no guarantee back then that they would have gone away," he says. He believes sentencing guidelines weren't as tough on this type of crime as they are today. But definitely in 1976 was a different place for women, a different place in time.
