Coming over to gremlin was really a natural transition. The idea of putting chaos and engineering beside each other seems it's like postal service. We never know all the possible problems. And that's the big thing. Our systems or are so complex and oll, we still have the diagrams. They're just wrongya? You can't even see where they all connect anymhere. So how do we understand where there might be issues in our system more pro actively and prepare for those?
