How I Succeeded in Hackaday
Jonathan Davis grew up in Oklahoma. He was homeschooled for most of his life, but he always had a penchant for taking things apart and seeing how they worked on the inside. A friend introduced him to open-source computer software called Linux; that's when he started working with Hackaday. "I love the idea of being able to tell a computer exactly what to do," he says.
