What's the Future of Consumer Insights?

I've really seen the field just ange so dramatically, and i would sayad in many of those changes in my own career, it was really seeking kind of the opportunity to evolve in change. What really became very quickly apparent to me was how quickly technology and online research were going to transform everything. So i had the opportuny to really build a team from scratch that were leveraging technology to do the end to end process of research delivery faster than ever before.
