The videos that I noticed getting the best engagement, each caption line is only like one or two words. So you see not only the jump cuts, but the words changing super quickly as well. These are all just simple editing tips. It almost seems as if there's like movement with the camera, even though the camera is still. That creates this false sense of movement that keeps them engaged more and almost like they're speaking directly with you.
