Early on Time and Late Developers Are Better at 14 and 15 Years of Age
Early matures at 14 and 15 are getting much higher match grades. Gareth Bale was almost cut by Southampton in the middle of his growth spurt. Ballet selects for late developers, but a bad thing is if you're a late developer, you go through the growth spurt at the age of 15 or 16.
