What's the One Thing You're Offering?

The one theme that i see through everybody, and ih've a ceo of a company that's on my mamentering team. The one constant theme i see is if people are not there most confident, they're not going to go for it. And so that's really the foundation, in the core of what i'm working with everyone on,. It's about really believing in yourself, listening to your intertuition, following your passions, your dreams - things you wanted to do when you were a kid. This is the chance right now. I said to myself, this is my one chance right now... To day is the day i'm not going to get fired again.
