The Supreme Court's Decision That State Legislatures Have Plenary, Unreviewable Power

There are four justices who have in earlier cases signaled approval of the theory that state legislatures have plenary, unreviewable power. And if the court were to grant that, which I think as we are now saying, it looks like the court's going to kick it away because the court flipped and they were like, oh, this gerrymandered is fine.
