Dr. Kevin Menace was the attending physician in the emergency room back in October of 2017 when the largest mass casualty incident happened on the strip at the Mandalay Bay. He had been thinking about this situation for a long time, which sounds kind of macabre, but he had been a tactical physician working with the Las Vegas on tactical police force. And so when they arrived, he's like, oh, now, like it was his moment to lead.
