The Imposter Syndrome in Therapy
There's so much in our field that like we don't really define, we don't have to define and we talk about it like obviously you should know what this is. And then like you stop and are asked to define it. That's why I think there's so much imposter syndrome in our field. Have you ever had a conversation with another therapist outside of therapy but it's very much about therapy stuff or it's kind of a therapeutic type conversation? "I will like just jump outside of myself and wonder if they're overhearing us," she says.
