The Importance of Culture in DevOps

I think building a culture where people enjoy being there is the most rewarding aspect of what you're going to build. We know we're going back to that DevOps culture where you can have engineers just kind of like pick something up and build it and put it in pipeline from end to end. That's generally what we're looking for now. It's awesome. What is really, really exciting area? The Kubernetes communities. I think that you guys are just going to do tremendous things.
