Webb is a decentralised version of the web. It's supposed to be like self governing, where it's not like these big companies owning your data an stuff. You're supposed to own your data because it's on the block chain,. Payments are built in, so you don't have to think about that kind of monitization aspect of your data being sold. And it's robust in a way, because it's not relying on a company somewhere and their data to keep your information active.
