Xi Jinping has talked about how when he went to the countryside, he spent a lot of time reading all kinds of books. He's basically uneducated, but he is an auto-dedact, isn't he? The first job was in the military and then his first job was as China's president. And so Xi Jinping talks about how he would find an egg or two, which were very, very precious commodities back then,. boil them and give them to someone who had a book that he wanted to read.
