I think it's really important to acknowledge that asking runners to run with some discomfort feels like they're doing something wrong sometimes. And, you know, even if you're quote unquote healthy, right, there are certain days that you feel aches and pains. With plantar fasciitis, like I said earlier, it's literally 99 times out of 100 never in the red. So it is always usually in the green or the yellow where we're just proceeding as we actually had planned on your running schedule.
