The Industrial Revolution - Robotic Stocking Change

The ludites were a group of workers who protested against being replaced by machines. They wanted to keep their jobs, but in the end they got less pay and more time off for complaining about poor quality stockings. Ben says this kind of industrialization is similar to what we're seeing now with robots taking our jobs. He argues that it's sad because people are no longer able to make as much money from making goods at the same high level which once was possible.
