The Importance of Love
Aristotle asks: What does it take to get to know another human being? When such knowledge, deep knowledge is achieved, it's the epicenter of living together. No one will ever really know you unless that person really loves you. If I'm just intimately known by someone but not loved, I'll feel kind of exposed. But when and if it is achieved that you know and are known and you love and are loved, then we can think a little more about what living together really is.
