Leaders are being asked to do more than ever before, not just leaders, but everyone in every organization. One area for sure that we need to focus on is our ability to focus on our listening. In order to demonstrate just how effective we can be if we focus our efforts on one particular stream of information, I'm going to play the audio clip again. And this time, rather than listening to everything, listen for one voice.
