Most of my metaphors right now probably connected to the wedding planning that we're doing because it's very easy to fall into the stress zone. It takes a certain amount of time before those hormones die down and get reabsorbed and all that kind of stuff So one of the first things is just take a break take a walk do whatever you need to just Go and allow yourself to be in a calmer state, but allow those those Hormones and things to calm down in that sense. There's just time but also what I was just talking about before Deep breaths deep conscious breaths actually activates your parasympathetic nervous system Which is the opposite itkind of calms your brain and gets
