Ticktok - I'm Attacking My Brain

I think twitters more like tik tok, in the sense of any post you put out could reach a million people if it's good enough content. But on be i mean, i lik, it hurts my brain when i consume on it, yes? And like, sometimes i think it, like, the value that's actually being created on the platform in general is like, not that much. I've also thought about this is, like, how much you give to these social platforms is often how much you have to take from away from your own brain,. and that's ascary proposition to navigate through.
