The Most Important Thing Is the Pain Champion
The most common answer to that question, when i ask it, is champion. If there's a real deal, you know, like ant a valid opportunity, then, yes, the most important thing is a champion. But to your point, you don't get that champion without there being a real pain. So the pain comes first, and therefore is the most important because without the pain, you get like, a foe champion, or you just kind of get lucky. By bringing people in who are smart for me, I feel like they're helping me solve a problem. You're adding value on my own. Your insight can help me do something that didn't think was possible before.
