'Tonight' by Vera Brandes
keith garrett is an American pianist. He performs improvised jaz in the cologne opera house. The auditorium was sold out with 14 hundred people coming to hear him play. His prod si manfred iker came over to vera, if you don't get another piano, keith can't play to night. There'd been a mistake. Vera loved jaz and was frustrated that there just wasn't enough good jas in cologne. So at the age of 16, she started to arrange concerts herself. To night would be the fifth, and by far the biggest.
