Putin's Invasion Is Driving Europe Into Nedo's Arms
The timing is one of the many things i don't understand about this decision by the russians to invade. There was a very aggressive report put out by the atlantic council calling for a new strategy, essentially a sort of ramping up more military aid to ukrane. So that may have been some pressure from within the belt wayto to re prioriti away from the kind of cold war with china.
