Trotsky's Anti-Semitism in Romania

Trotsky says the official Jewish organization of Romania is complicit in anti-Semitism. The Albanians are divided among these different Balkan kingdoms, and many are Muslim. Then there's the Armenian question. Albania can have an insurgency against Turkey and they can always retreat into Bulgaria, but the Armenians, because of where they are, cannot go anywhere.
