N p s is a favorite topic of practitioners. It's kind of a love hate, or sometimes hate hate relationship with that particular metric. i see the real benefit with n p s is by digging into beyond the number and understanding what are the detractor comments,. What are the promotor what are the things that are getting that number high? The other thing i'll say is that i do not view that, and my team does not view that as the band. And all of our experience, there are so many different things outside of n p s that we utilizedlike sat and consumer research and market research and conversations with customers and online reviews.
