Harry Hoxie was fined twice more in Illinois for practicing medicine without a license. After warming up the crowd with some random insults, Hoxie zeroed in on attacking the medical establishment. He declared so-called real doctors with licenses hard-hearted and only interested in having their hand greased with plenty of money to buy fancy cars. This is exactly how Andy Griffith would handle it.
