Secure Transactions - Is There a Take Free Rule?

Dreyfus: I think it's really in secure transactions and in take free rules. The idea to take free rule is that if you want assets to be negotiable, you want to have clarity as to whether you have received an asset subject to a property claim of someone else. By having certainty as to the title that you have over these assets, it encourages more free floating transactions.
