The Atlanta Olympics Are a Mega Event, Right?
The goal was like, we absolutely cannot have this blight or the eyesore of public housing near our new stadiums. The federal government launched a program called Hope 6 to replace existing public housing with mixed income rentals. Some of the apartments in these developments are rented at market value, and others at a more affordable cost for qualifying low income renters.
