The Future of the European Political Community
The European political community came about from an idea that was thrown by Emmanuel Macron last year during a speech in Strasbourg. At the time it was sort of dismissed as a little bit of an inspired stab in the dark from the president. But basically it turned out to become quite a successful forum for leaders from the region to discuss. Now, what the future of this community will be, who knows, but it does appear to answer a need for wider discussions across the continent.
