Time Blocking

i don't think i could have connected some of those dots, that those particular patterns were happening, had i not done that time blocking. So on a wholistic level, that's been helpful. If i were to continue this, which i kind o want to with this at least for the next week, and not time block tuesday or friday mornings, but try to time block the rest of it and see how that pans out.
