How Do I Know if I'm Healthy?
Cross fit athletes might need to add a some muscle, or they might need to adding some strength in certain positions. You go from a body fat of nine percent to one that's like minus 10%. But even that you are able to work yourself down and lose another ten pounds. How do i know how well i am? My primary care physician has confirmed that i'm not ill, but their concern seems to end at treatable diseases - which i have none.
