Is This Virtual Care Trend Going to Continue?
Is the virtual care trend going to continue now that we're past the pandemic? The short answer is yes, I hesitate even to call it a trend any longer. One of the things that's actually pretty interesting is virtual care allows you to access members or patients in between what would have been a traditional brick and mortar visit. That's an incremental inflection point to influence health and to support people in their entire journey.
