Prostate cancer risk for the first time in 20 years went up. But isn't that because we've changed all the screening? Yes, but it's not just screen. So this is an interesting story of how to balance the benefits and risks of doing screening. And now they're kind of compromising in the middle saying, okay, for men over 50, we're not saying that you need to get screened with PSA or that you shouldn't get screened at all. Just talk about it with your doctor and make an individualized decision with informed consent.
