Is There a Difference in the Definition of Features?

There is in large part field agreement of the complexity of features and what they look like structurally. These are now, I think, in large part accepted phenomenon structurally. There's quite a bit of banter about the definition, the actual syntax of what do we call them. And there is great disagreement in that and the reason is that we don't have all that figured out yet. It's very, very exciting actually.
