Carson v Makin

Last year was cond of record year for school choice in the US. People are leaving public schools, moving into charter schools and home schooling. The opposition is ramping up to say you can't choose anything that has what many people would call discriminatory policies. They're saying they have to be able to act on their values but not these values that we're going to says is abridged too far. I don't think at that is sustainable.
