Tim Scott will have to leaven some of his positive vision with a little bit of fight, fight club. The Republican primary voters don't want all happy talk. They do want someone who'll say, here's what I'll take on and how. But he's got to come out with a pretty hard hitting story about the things that primary voters are concerned about right now.
