The Rise and Fall of Hip Hop Culture
I'm not representing the rap tour of 1982 which is also quite powerful because now I'm not representing graffiti really anymore although I am one element. I'm now representing this new movement called hip hop culture with break dancers and be boys and girls jumping rope and MCs on turntables. It's becoming is like guys movement. Yeah. You start having your work in shows and things are selling it and all of a sudden there becomes this real balloon in the entire scene. Everything. Could you feel that as a kid in the middle of it? No because I don't know why I never had faith in myself but not others.
