Are We Equally Trained?

All programes still require some clinical background and kind of patient care experience. Many, many people you see, coming out of p a school, that was their plan all along. Are we equally trained at initial base line? No. But can these people come out of school, start seeing patients and do it safely, provide good care? I kno, good care is little bit of a nebulous term.
