Donna Brazile: I was just talking to a nephew of mine that's in his early 30s and he loves to run fast. But when he starts back, he gets out there, runs too many miles too fast, too early. We need our joints to be resilient so that they can handle all the impact forces of running, especially running fast. And we obviously don't want the big season ending joint type of injuries. She says weightlifting with some heavier weights is even better for specific adaptations.
