Is There a Danger That Community Banks Struggle?

Glorify was a famously quote unquote anti-woke bank. From what I understand of glorify's failure, it probably had a lot to do actually with just subpar management. The challenge is can you find really good financial services talent who wants to work at these relatively narrow purpose companies or are they going to be naturally attracted to kind of broader and bigger opportunities in the space? In general these companies will struggle to attract capital and attract strong management and fail as most startups do.
