How to Feed a Rugby Player

The average rugby player is about 90 to 95 kilo and a commercial fridge in someone's kitchen is roughly the same weight. So you've got about 300 kiloish of collision happening multiple time points in a game. And when you frame it up like that, it's no wonder that these guys are sore and damaged after a game because that's some serious power and force going into contact. Sometimes a rugby player forgets what they've just done the night before. It's so important to fuel the damage and fuel for the repair. Otherwise, you know, they will be struggling and bringing it into the next day as well.
