Climbing a V6 Gym Set - The Tension Board Works Really Well

The tension board was made kind of like I'm describing and was not intended to be like a board that has hard problems on it. The kilter board work is probably the easier entry point for athletes to do it on just because there's so many, the holds are really comfortable. You could just use a moon board completely differently and just grab onto the small holds at that angle and hold onto them for longer and do smaller moves. But if we think about how a lot of people, you know, overseas train their fingers, kind of the home woody is really the recipe for creating strength in the fingers but also coordination in the fingers.
