I mean, i it's just too varied. With a bigger aparmet complex, you could have a a length of the run that can make stuff go into 40 or 50 thousand dollars. Depends on the local city or county, if they'll let you do separate meters,. You got to get like, a private water company that puts meters on your property but you're still responsible for the bill.
