God as king is a troubling metaphor that you can't really bring into your conception of God. I just want to say that is, that is something that the rabbis also shared, at least in some text. What I'm going to argue is they are saying whatever you think a human king is God is the opposite. So think of your worst attributes of human kings list those attributes. And then I'mgoing to tell you that God has none of those attributesThose are the opposite of how God behave. Let's get a couple of examples here so we can see it playing out.
